ABOUT ORDERS SHIPPING

-All our products can be delivered Worldwide.

-We offer free standard shipping on U.S orders above 250$

- All our domestic and international rates are calculated automatically at checkout after providing your delivery address.

- You have the options to choose standard, express shipping or overnight: For Express Shipping Options, orders must be received before 2pm pacific time ( PST). If received after 2 pm (PST) they will ship the next business day. For Standard Shipping Options, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During sale periods and holidays there may be a delay in order processing times due to a high volume of orders.

Please note: the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

All our IN STOCK items leave our California, USA warehouse within 1-2 business days.

All our PRE-ORDERS items need at least 4-6 weeks production time before shipping and they are considered FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including: SALES, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing
tracking details on how to follow your order's journey to your door.

Children Maison is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred. By placing an order with Children Maison you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please note: Customers ordering from Canada or New Zealand may be charged a higher customs fee.

It’s important to provide detailed shipping information when placing your order. Children Maison is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer liable for any delays, losses, or additional charges placed by the customs of the country being imported into.

- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return (minus cost of shipping). Once authorized, the parcel has to be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days (30 days for international returns). Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

- There is no refund for shipping fees. All Sale items are final sales. For approved claims, customers will be provided replacement package or store credit. Store credit never expires.

-Gift items can be returned for store credit within 7 days after delivery date.

-We cannot retroactively refund or apply coupon codes to past purchases if code is not entered at checkout by the customer. Please note that Custom Orders cannot be returned.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: that once your return is approved you must return the item to us within 14 calendar days. If more than 14 days go by, your return will be void and the item will be sent back to you.

-To start a return, you can use our return portal on the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
