2. Click on “Cart” at the top right corner of our website to review your cart, add order notes, or select "gift receipt".
3. If your cart looks correct, click on "checkout" and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed.
4. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.
1. All our IN STOCK items leave our California, USA warehouse within 1-2 business days.
2. All our PRE-ORDERS items need 4-6 weeks production time before shipping and they are considered FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for return or exchange.

Children Maison warehouse is located in Southern California, United States. While we do not have a physical boutique at the moment, we are considering the option in the future.

We accept all major forms of credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We also accept Venmo and PayPal – a safe, secure service that accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks. In addition to installment payment without interest through Shop Pay.
We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart. We are a verified boutique site, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe.
We do not see or store your credit card information.
You have 30 minutes to cancel an order you have placed. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it.

Children Maison will send you an automatic email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.
You can only use one code at a time. If you have two discount codes, only one can apply per order. If you have store credit, you will only be able to use that code. No other code can be entered in addition to the store credit code.
Our clothing are manufactured in Europe. Since European sizes tend to run slightly smaller than US ones, you can refer to our Size Guide to ensure that you find the right size for your little one.

All our orders would be shipped in an elegant white shipping box. If you would like a gift box please make sure to select our gift box option at checkout and an additional charge would be added to your order.

All of the products listed on our site are available and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on the item ordered. All details are available on the product page.
